I would like to know if in LAN we can do the Q1,Q2,Q3 and after the race and also in Multiplayer online ?

I guess nobody can tell you for sure as the demo doesn't contain that - and the people who could, because they have the game already for reviews etc. aren't allowed to tell you because of the NDA.
