F1 2013 F1 2013 leaderboard Hackers?

I've had F1 2013 for a long time, but only played the classic cars until recently.
I stumbled across the leaderboards and WTF??!!! #*%$#!!!

I did a lap of 1:13:518 at Canada. When I saw there was a leaderboard, imagine my surprise when the #1 person has a laptime of 0.47s.
I'm guessing no one monitors this crap?
