I've been looking for it too, i've edited textures for other games but i have absolutely no experience with f1 mods, if anyone would like to point me in the right direction and give me a couple of advices i could give it a try, can't promise it'll be half as good as the skins other guys do here tho

For 2001 mod: @roccobotia is going to bring the 2001 mod for F1 2014 soon.

And for 2004 mod: I think someone (including you) should get the 2004 cars to F1 2014 (by using blender and following Petar Tasev's steps)

Thanks for the info. If I would have enough spare time and experience in modding (which is for me closer to zero), I'd already done that, and wouldn't even ask about it.
