I've to change my Pc with a newone machine, there is the possibility not to loose my career?

I think if you save the steam userdata folder, and copy it into your new steam folder, you might find the game will carry on where it left off. Also make sure the cloud synch is switched on in steam.
No guarantees, but this is at least worth a try.

career should be saved via steam cloud if ur using it ..
