F1 2018 F1 2018 FPS problems?

Hello, I recently got F1 2018 but it doesn't seem to run, now, there are two chances here, either my pc isn't good enough, or something, most likely the former, but my specs are
8gb RAM
500gb hdd
2.4ghz
gpu-intel hd graphics
processor-intel pentium cpu 2020 2 cores
That's pretty much it from what i hear pentium is better than i3 which is minimum requirements for a smooth game but mine chops more than a Japanese chef on rush hour at his diner.

Maybe the game is poorly optimized. I have RTX 3060 ti Ryzen 7 5800 16 RAM,on high and medium settings FPS 150-180, but in F1 2019 with ultra high settings 200-250
