F1 2019 No intro fix - Faster launch and start of race

This mod disables attract-intro and Codemasters intro at launch of the game and pre-race video swipe which shown twice before each race.

Compatible with multiplayer.

Installation: copy "videos" folder into main game folder here - Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019.

Yes, of course. Needed replace "video" folder in main game folder.

Even if i will do this, mod will be deleted because conversion between releases not permitted. I maked and upload Formula Ferrari mod with cars from F1 2017 and 2018, and he was deleted.
