Reworked Haas and Redbull teamwear. Added external links for the needed programs.

- Added Alpinestars logos on Haas driver suit.
- Added Puma logos on Redbull driver suit.
- Added the external link (and password) in order to download the needed additional programs for installing the mod.

No there are 2 separate 2021 season mods so the driver files in each one are very different.

You made the riders' overalls and they are visible in the event that they get into the car or celebrate the victory, but you have not made new suits for the pilots when they are already in the car.

I guess u might have forgotten to put the modded files into urbgame directory.
