7. They did better the years before. For me to give them a 10, they would have to rise beyond what everyone expected of them, what they didn't.
Why a 7 and not a 8 or 9 then? Because I think, that other teams did better with their money. For me the best team 2017 was Force India. They have a way smaller budget than Mercedes.
