minimum requirement is windows 10 ... why you still stuck with window 8.1

Remember that Steam has a 2hr 14 day refund policy. If you have under 2hr playtime AND it's under 14 days since you've bought the game, you'll get a refund. So you can actually try it, and if it doesn't work - get the money back.
