Fan tweak of ben francis' F1 2020 Simhub Dashboard v1.5.1 - Quality of life tweaks

This is just some very basic personal tweaks to a very good SimHub Dash that I use for F1 2020.

List of changes as follows:

Added color ramp to tire degradation boxes
Tire degradation boxes flash when wear reaches 60%
Reduced the size of tire deg boxes, essentially separating tire deg and temp.
Changed the color ramp and threshold of the tire temp function.
(< 82°= Blue)-- Green-- (>100°= Red)
Replaced vertical fuel bar gauge with a second vertical ERS gauge.
Changed >20% color on ERS...
