Fanatec CSR Repair

I have a 3 year old CSR.
I play say 12-15 hrs a week.
The downshift sensor failed near 2 years of age. Fanatec replaced it promptly.
Now its 3 years old and it went again. To be fair I reckon its 500-600,000 downshifts.

I sent an email, for £17 incl postage they shipped a new printed circuit board (the sensor is an integral part of the pcb) . It was here 2 days after payment.
Its installed now and all good.

Good to hear some positive CS stories, I've been very happy with the support I've been given so far and I think a lot of the comments out on the interwebs make it look far worse than it really is.

yep the sim racing community can be hard to please sometimes.
eg ISI who had the gall to offer a 20% discount over the weekend and probably wished they hadnt!
