Fanatec issue

Hi there,

I have a strange problem with my CSL ELITE base, just when i turn on the base is doing a really bad noise during the initial checking. 90% of the time is turning off but sometimes it finish the checking badly, then if i try to play sudently when i turn the wheel only 90° make a noise and turn off itself.

I have alredy send it 3 times to fanatec support, the supose to fix it but when i recieve back from them after 3h testing apears the SAME issue AGAIN and AGAIN. It's so disgasting.

That is the viedo of the issue. If anyone got the same issue or know how to fix i would apreciate because fanatec support looks like they are jocking me.

I would try:

- a different usb cable
- a different usb port
- plug it directly to the wall socket(or to a different one if already plugged)
- connect it to another pc

but I don't think that any of the above will help.
The base is obviously faulty in my opinion.
It is just strange that they can't reproduce such an obvious and frequent problem.
And it will be good to exclude that the problem is not at your end, so to be more rigid with them.
Send them the video you posted and tell them that you will not accept nothing less than a replacement.
