fanatec v3 pedals break problem

Hi gents can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

I have taken a very quick clip from my settings menu i am pressing the break as hard as i can and its just not going up properly. In game i literally cant stop the car. Pedals are only a few months old with minimal use and work fine on iracing although i have had to do a calibration on it to make them sweet

any help on this would be amazing as I really want to do some races..

Where do you have the knob on the pedal base set to?
Try turning it clock-wise.

i have the dial set to 5 same as its been since i got it
