Fanatec Wheel (dri vs turn in)

Anyone have experience with dri setting on the wheel (drift mode)

I set the dri to 1 and on the turn in I did not miss the apex so much (more consistent)

or my reflex is getting old that I need that setting?

I found I had to use DRI settings with my GT3 wheel. I actually ended up using a setting of 3 to get the wheel reacting quick enough but I also like to have fairly light FFB.
Of course I'm also very old too.

I use drift 3-5 depending on type of car and or driving style in SRW. Haven't been playing other sims much since I discovered that option so can't comment on those.
