F1 2015 Far Chase Driving View

I have just recently purchased F1 2015. I noticed that when I start the game, and press pause to go the game options, I am able to change the driving view to far car chase (my preference), but when I resume the game, the view is then from the side.

Is there a solution to this?

from what I've seen is that the camera edit options from Pause menu is just for the cockpit(helmet) camera.
