Favorite rFactor2 Car/Track Combo?

I'm getting more into RF2, so now I'm wondering what's considered to be the best car/track combo. Of course it's subjective, but what's your opinion? Whether it's hotlapping, racing online or racing against the AI which car/track combo do you find yourself returning to most often because it's most satisfying to you? (You can define "satisfying" as being "fun" and/or "realistic".)

Any of the 3 cars in the GTE pack at the official Sebring track.
That track is just at another level of any sim and the GTE cars feel amazing.

Bathurst is cool too. Tbh, it takes a while before i try the same combo.... I do offline racing against the AI and like to try as many tracks as possible

Anything in 397's sebring is addictive , this track just push me to hotlapping it.
I also like GT3/GTE cars especially 911 gte @ zandvoort/Spa
