I discovered it. You must have the program Ego ERP Archiver. Then, you have to import the textures for the helmet in F1 2021\2021_asset_groups\character_package\team_livery\2021-custom-casperakkerman for 2021-custom-casperakkerman.erp and 2021-custom-casperakkerman_helmet.erp
