Just open the .rar file and double click on the file inside. Make sure to install the fonts if SimHub asks for them.

NOTES: The dash does not show neither when the TC is active nor live tyre data like pressure and temperature. Even so tyre data updates when you come into box.
It's been designed for a 800x480 pixel screen (5:3 relation) but should work...

Hi, this is explained at the end of the post in NOTES section, but it's just that iRacing does not send live tyre data to SimHub and for the moment there is no way to get it.
