It is a .mas file to place in "Installed/Vehicles/Ferrari 488 GTE 2020/1.15" So the car is used as an AI with real names and you've got the icons for the new UI.

No you can drive it but in a race the AI can choose it as contender.When you make a skin in "Player" it's not the case.
