Ferrari F2004 - Tire compounds

Hi everybody

I do have a question about the tire compounds for the Ferrari F2004. There is a Soft, Medium and Hard compound available.

Are those compounds temperature based or like the current F1 tires (softer = faster)?

If those tires compounds are temp based, does anybody know the optimal range per compound?

Use the tire app, it tells you optimal temperature range and pressure range.

Put the tyre app on the screen. As long as the tyres are green they're in their working temperature range.

Thanks guys, but what I mean is, if the tire compounds are based on the ambient temperature (let's say soft for low ambient temperatures and hard for high ambient temperatures), what would be the ideal outside ambient temperatures for the compounds, IF they are temperature-based.
