the fom car comes with both the normal version and the champions version, what could possibly be happening is that you have some other mod installed that is causing the incompatibility. If you look at the hubcaps, they have another design that is not the one in the mod. It is most likely that some other mod that you have installed is causing the incompatibility or that the textures do not load correctly.
If you have the steam version, or origin, you give it to verify files, so that the game is cleaned and everything returns as it is originally, and from there you only apply this mod, and you will see that the textures will load well.
