Ferrari SF70H Tire Pack w/ Wet Tires - New textures and wet tires

New tire pack for the SF70H. New textures for tire surface as well as wet tires with grooved textures. Thanks to bastoner97 for providing the base for this pack. I added a more clean texture for the tires, changed some of the colors and added wet tires, which are a bit crude but they look fine I think.

Just put them in which ever skin folder you want for the sf70.

I put it in the default skin folder for the car, and they failed to load. I think we need just a bit more info so these can work on the car. Still want to use them regardless.

So you put the dds files in the individual skins you want it for so for example, open up the folder called 01_ferrari_5 and drag the 2 dds files for the tire color you want into that folder.

i have sorted it out now so you cannot change the coulor off the compound too all coulours?you have to keep changing them by going into the game folder?
