No, I asked before about it. But, they do have sales on pretty regularly, particularly for older content.

BTW I remember I went through a conversation with the URD guys regarding a league I was planning to run 3 years ago and asked them for discounts and they were welcoming that. At that point we were planning to buy 18 copies of the 2018 DTM content for our drivers.
