Wheels blurring incorrectly fixed

This update fix the probleme where blurred rims where changed from black to default gold color, now it should be blurring in the same color as when the car is stopped

Will you add more skins to your skinpacks? Like different liveries?

nope they are totally uniques. I call them skinpacks because there is more than 1 livery inside the file that's it. BUT I'll make more liveries in the future, I'm planning to make a full fictional skinpack for URD Oreca 07, and a second LMP3 skinpack. If you really liked the LMH liveries it's possible I may do others in the future
