FIRST ONLINE WIN!!!!!

Finally after a year, I get my first online win and on one of my top 3 tracks I love, Zandvoort. I did it in the McLaren 720S GT3. I guess getting beat up by aliens in here really drove me to be a better racer.

Those who have raced with me know I struggle a lot. We had 12 racers. I qualified 3rd.

Well, it's a technical win, the leader ran out of gas in sector 3 of the last lap. So, just being transparent.

I used to win races a long time ago in league races Grand prix legends.
It is something very special, at every level.
It is what makes simracing so special. pure adrenalin.

Winning online is a real mixed bag. Sometimes you're in a room with 2 or 3 aliens, sometimes a whole field of them.

What you said about racing people in RD is that it teaches you about when you should defend, when you should let the guy pressuring you just go and follow them for as long as you can keep up to learn, also when you can legitimately make a pass on others and where on which tracks.

Congrats!
Take that win with pride because it means he was carrying less fuel, which allowed him to be out front.
A win is a win as long as nefarious action wasn't taken to get it.

Yeah my heart was pumping the last lap. I'm surprised I didn't spin out. I could feel my pulse in my hands. I was .2 behind him getting closer and closer then he just slowed way down and pulled over. So I slowed down because I didn't want to hit him and then went out and dumped it on that long right hand sweeper at the end of Zandvoort. My only regret is that I did not have auto reply saves on.

I think I was smiling all day that day. I was so proud.
