Just fixes a few things I knew how to fix. Thanks to the author for his awesome mod.

This fixes the Neutral gear shift and the user_config.ini wipeout issues.

You need to install the mod first. Don't overwrite anything, it may break your game, according to some. Go to discussion page three and download the 4.4 version.
