Floating Texture Glitch With Content Manager

Hey guys, I am experiencing a weird glitch on every track while launching from content manager. I attached an image, but there's a random floating texture in the sky and I'm not sure how or what is causing it or how to fix it? Id rather not reinstall the game but I might have to unless someone has any idea how to fix it.

seen that before, it was some extra object with an absurdly wrong scale. Did you install some mod for the pit crew maybe?

So after reading what you said I went through some of the car mods I installed and sure enough one of them had replaced the pit crew files, luckily the mod included the original pit crew files in a .zip so I simply restored the original pit crew files and it fixed it.
