forcing a set gear ratio for only 1st gear

im not sure how to do it so i need help
can someone tell me how to set the gear ratio or final drive to like 4.6 - 6.0:1 ONLY IN 1ST GEAR
so that i dont have to force the mod user to get 4.625 to launch properly
