You can skin the interiour. The exterior is just a texture as everything else is. Use Content Manager to get the templates of the textures you want

Great news!
How do I get access to the DDS (and hopefully a wireframe template) using Content Manager?
You open the car in CM and click on the texture you want to change. Then a window opens, you click on "View Mapping" and than save in the bottom right corner.

Here you have it

Enjoyed the ride/view :) Looks absolutely "disgusting"
One question though - since the mirrors look brand new - could you try to make them look a bit like these ?

And while I'm at it: for a finishing touch: the shifter stick could do with some wear too...
But again: great work, I love it.

No idea how to do the mirrors (which is annoying).
I left the gear stick because the texture for it is of one pixel (I'm pretty sure). This means all I can do is change the colour and make it matte/gloss. I just decided **** it. You're not looking at it while you drive anyway.
If anybody shows me otherwise? Hell yea! I'll fix it. ;)

You can upsize textures as much as you want. If you have a 1*1 texture you could potentially do it 1024*1024, the format has to stay right

Ben Dovah updated FORD ESCORT RS1600: Bust Rucket Racing with a new update entry:

The Easter Update

Plenty of minor changes made to the skin.

  • The front spoiler is now black(ish). :poop::poop::poop:
  • The non race version now has a magnificent Leopard print steering wheel cover. :poop::poop::poop:
    e8622tP.jpg
  • A glorious wood panel dash :poop::poop::poop:
  • Removed sponsors from the "race" version.
  • Restored the speedometer.. I missed it. The tachometer is still vastly superior to the original, boring numbery one.
  • Other stuff...
