Its base GMT, just don't forget that it differs by an hour in the summer. As far as I know in winter GMT is same as UK time and in summer its +1 for UK, so the official sessions should start at 20.00 your local time, I guess.

Well in that case im at kickboxing so im gonna be a little late for official practice(15 mins)if that's OK? I will get as much practice as i can is during the week ....Really love the Escort so i would rather not miss it.

Now AC keeps crashing my PC every time I click 'Start'. Anyone else had this?

The loading screen shows for 2 seconds then the screen goes black and the PC restarts!!!
