Not exactly as far as I know.
However, in RSRBR2010 there is a 2008 Focus, which shows under A8W-09, and you find a skin pack for it which allows Hirvonen or Latvala's car skin.
That skin pack is here:

The RSRBR2010 A8W-09 Focus is very nice too.

After checking Blackhole Motorsports further, you can get the later model Focus (2006) without having to use RSRBR2010 if you don't want to use that mod. You can use it in the base RBR.

This gets you close to a 2010 Focus.
