This is a Ford Focus RS WRC '01 mod so that liveries can be added.
The mod uses the Mitsubishi Spacestar R5 as a placeholder.

What's does the mod consist of?

Correct Ford Focus RS WRC textures
Correct Ford Focus RS WRC engine sound
Correct Ford Focus RS WRC physics

You can but it's a rather complicated process and if you're not used to working within the .nefs files and know what all the files do exactly, I would advice you to not fiddle with them. There's a real chance that you will cause your game to crash badly.

I eventually decided to stick with just a few cars, those that are least used by people overall, so that there wouldn't be too many issues. The only thing is that you need to swap them out more often. It's the best compromise I could come up with.

It's all explained in the readme.txt file. It does indeed use an R5 car as a placeholder.

I'm having trouble installing this mod.
I have followed the read me file exactly. Backing up the old .nef file, then copying the new file to the cars folder as well as the livery folder. But in game the Space star still shows up. Is there something i'm missing?

EDIT: - Turns out everything was installed in my old Dirt Rally 2.0 folder - forgot i moved the install to another drive... what a muppet. The install of your mod worked perfectly - thank you
