they can stick the next Focus where the sun dont shine if its a hybrid, horrible way of making a car more economical and very rarely does. As Top Gear proved last year when a BMW M3 did more mpg than a Toyota Prius
 
Well, to use the battery powered engine, you need to be under a certain speed. Most driving is done on dual carriage-ways and motorways, so the battery engine gets very little use. Hybrids are just stupid. Hydrogen... Now there's something Ford need to look into, this fuel needs more support :)
