Ford GT motion simulator at Chicago Auto Show 2016

I saw this simulator at CAS 2016 last week and took this video of a complete run. It looked pretty cool!
However the line was pretty long so I didn't try it.
I think the software is rFactor, and car/track are custom made.

Big Slow sloshy movements = No bueno.

Shame I only have 8' ceilings otherwise..... I recently saw the D-BOX review which is way out of my budget, but I wonder if anyone has set up a chassis based motion rig that is less than $17k?
