not scratch built. As far as I know its a conversion from GTA SA, yes you heard me right Grand theft Auto San Andreas. But the modder got permission from the original modder and redid the physics. And it just so happens that he is the physics guy for a few of the AC mods. The Textures, Sound and model are still a W.I.P. but the physics are pretty good.
