Form Class D to C

hello guys! I don't know why I have just reached up to 3.30 SR and I have done the official races it asks to advance to class C. But I don't have yet tha class C. Someone that knows what happens?

You need to get to 4.0 I think to get automatic promotion.

If you don't do anything, you will get promoted to C next week during the end of season promotions. If you want to get promoted now, just get your SR above 4.0 as snyperal said.
