'is possible to download track and mod not via server?

nope you do need to have the circuit and car before trying to connect.

Does the mod download?
Did you checked it offline?

I'm clicking on GET MOD, typing pass and thats all, no downloading, just choosing F2 car and it loads PalmBeach. then connection lost

try to run the track and car using all cars and all tracks in the mod manager inside the multiplayer lobby. Select that option and try again.

The mod must be visible in the mod manager if it downloaded correctly.

meh.. after being disconnected all the time and restarting the router and modem several times, I went to try out pcars.. did 2 quick races and everything worked well.. came back to rF2, tried out several servers.. still got kicked
