Not really, but the Formula Abarth in game is actually a FIA oficially sanctioned Formula 4 car.

Maybe, but the F-Abarth used in AC is the same Formula car that later in '14 was upgraded to the Formula 4 car. I still consider it the closest thing to the F-4 module car without mods.
