Hi - late reply, but I do have a few setups on my YT Channel if you're interested. So far, I've only got ones for Mugello and Imola, but I do have a few more coming soon.

Here's a setup for the Australian GP. I still drove it on the unmodified track, but it should be reasonable for the updated track too.
