Blue flag is not as straight forward as you may think. Senad's example of a car ahead by a lap being slower, would mean he can catch and pass that car to unlap himself. But once in front on the road, he is effectively behind that car in the standings and will start getting blue flags until he is far enough up the road to be clear.
Sergio, after his pit for damage, came out behind me on the track and closed up to me. The game had me 1 lap down from the lap before and gave me blue flags, but I knew that he and I were now racing for position and would be recognized by the timing once we had crossed the finish line and the timing updated. So it is not always "Blue Flag, pull over". Netkar doesn't let you know who exactly is behind you outside of the top F9 race bar and the Tab button that shows the drivers name. You just have to work it out in real time and know where everyone else is in relation to you.
