The 1973 results didn't make Surtees a Tier1. He as an amazing car but not Top class drivers. He'll be this year Tier2. And probably Tier1 next year

Would indeed be an idea to lower each stat by 10 or so every season so

Lotus is only team which has offered a contract to Jacky Ickx (3 years)
Lotus signs J. Ickx for 3 years, 115$/race

Shadow & McLaren have both offered a contract to Chris Amon (1 year)
Unfortunately McLaren doesn't have any dollar so Shadow won the biddings with 0$
Shadow signs C. Amon for 1 year, 100$/race

Waiting for the 3rd and final pick of McLaren.

Does this mean a combined total of 10 points or 10 points per Aero/Engine/Mechanic?
