But still, I pushed my aero to 80 by mistake and two reshuffles in, it got down to 60, and then to 40 which I have now. Since then I have not bought an aero point

Yes, Reshuffle, and I've been averaging a further random change of about -4, so I should be fine. End up around 45 or so. No big deal. And I haven't taken a decent risk in a while.

That's what I said too, when I bought the extra aero point by mistake, I decided not to buy any more aero points and wait till the reshuffle puts it in a more convinient number than 80.
And then it went down to 60. Which was still an inconvinient number. Considering I had engine to upgrade for the same price, the plan was to leave aero behind again, and soon I started saving, so there was no need to upgrade anything.
Next reshuffle, it goes down to 40. Guess what, another inconvinient number.

How one small misjudgement ended up ruining any aero production by Shadow/Arrows for 7 seasons (is that a record @Meff28s ?)

nah, the minimum value is 30. I remember Meff said that during one of the reshuffles in the 70's.
