Remember that you're all allowed to fire one of your driver by paying him his last year(s) of contract.
Example : my second driver is on his last year. 50$/race. I can fire him by paying 800$ (50$ x 16 races).

so, 120$ * 16 = 1920$, totally not gonna happen.

If someone wants Alboreto, you can have him for the rule set minimum fee.
