Forza MIKS track fix - Fix for missing files.

Fix for indoor kart track "Forza MIKS"

Here for you is the missing ui folder
for AC indoor kart track Forza MIKS.
I have included a background and track
overlay for the menu selection screen
with some info (hover mouse over it).
Added some search tags to help finding
the track easier "kart, indoor, russia"

To install simply place/copy my "ui"
folder into the "forza_miks" track
folder and that's it... enjoy!

Yes it does, I was so excited to upload this I selected the incorrect sim. I was unable to find a link to report my error... my bad.
