FPS Issue in VR

Hello, i have been trying to fix an issue related to performance in VR (Quest2), the game run smoothly overall in VR on my PC (i7 10700k/32 GB Ram 3200 mhz/RX 6700 XT 12 GB)

But i noticed pretty low framerate on Shutoko, 35 or 45 FPS (Quest2 lock your framerate automatically depending on your FPS to give you the best stability i guess)

But i think i might have found the culprit of this issue, most of the time on shutoko servers, it's night time, so while i was cruising around the map i noticed at the moment i turn off my headlights my fps goes up to 72 (i locked my max fps at 72 for my vr headset)

If any player or any AI traffic car is around me with their lights on, while mine are off, my fps just go back to 35-45

So i'm wondering if there's any way to optimize my performance with the lightings from the cars throught CSP/Assetto settings

Some tracks are not well optimized. I don't know if that's the case with the track you mention. Night and rain also kill the framerate. Don't use supersampling and turn down the graphic details a bit. Or buy a Geforce 4090.

Go to LightingFX and set "Cars casting lights" to 0 cars.

If the server allows it, I'd recommend you disable LightingFX altogether, as well as Sol.
