Fps Problems

First of all my PC specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
Radeon Rx 5700xt
16gb DDr4 3200mhz Ram

Mods:
CSP and SOL

So now my question
Im playing ac with all setting on low and still got lags when i drive with 15+ cars on track. Also my cpu and gpu usage is only at about 30%. Even if i turn the graphic setting on maximum my usage is around 50-60 % with a lot more lags. Hope somebody had the same problem and can help me.

I had this as well and solved it by making a completely fresh install.

All those years of adding and removing all kinds of mods seemed to have messed up my AC installation.

Not dissimilar specs to me and I've had the same issues with AI races and larger grid online races albeit in VR. I tried a fresh install and just installed the mods I really needed but that didn't improve things significantly.

After having massive issues with VR framerate at the recent RD Road Atlanta GT3 race in Asseto Corsa, I had a hunch that I'd perhaps installed one or two mods/apps that were causing issues so decided on a fresh install, only copying across downloaded tracks and a few other bits from the user...

The main one I'd suggest is ditch SOL and try NaturalMod for post processing, it gained me abut 10fps on a 32 car AI grid (used for testing, not actually racing with that many)

Try disabling all effects on mirrors, both on CS and Assetto graphics menu.

Also, check if there's some program running in the background while you are playing that is consuming big amount of memory - it happened to me once, when MS Photos was opened I would lose 30 fps in the game, even if I had more than enough memory to run both applications at the same time.

I found a "solution" after troubleshooting for around 2 days and reinstalling everything and installing it on an hdd and ssd i found out that i get around 10 fps more if i disable Radeon Enhanced Sync in the radeon software. I don't know if it is a problem of my monitor but i don't see a difference with RES on or off anyways. Also my frames are more stable than before.
