VLC will play FRAPS stuff IIRC. Unless I forgot having installed a codcec pack.

But that does not help you edit it. >_>

It's ok thanks, I think I've found another program to do my recording so I won't be using fraps or msi.

Nvidia just released a new 331.65 WHQL drivers with program called Shadowplay which is video capture program. Bad thing you need to have Geforce GTX 650 or higher to make it work. Good thing is that you normally see only a minimal frame rate reduction when using it.

if all else fails, try BandiCam, iv'e been running fraps for so many years, but i have also started to use BandiCam which is alittle bit easier on the FPS & you have more settings to play with
