This is a racing game.

Traffic only after some stretching your legs by looking into modding, ContentManager and CustomShadersPatch in particular, search on google for that:
ContentManager CustomShadersPatch traffic

how does it work? how do i install that?

I was under the impression that you knew basic modding in Assetto. No issue, as already stated just familiarize yourself with the basic setup of the AssettoCorsa folder, like the content folder. Thats where youll put 99% of the stuff you want to add.

First step will be to look up on youtube, how to add mods. Youll learn quickly if youre determined and motivated. Most simple game ive ever modded.

As for the traffic, after you learn how to add tracks and cars you can just join traffic servers.
