Frustrating as hell! VRP ? steam account...trying to buy.

It's been a while since I have bought anything for RRE , but I have a bunch of stuff in the game that I've purchased in the past. I have $50.00 USD in my steam wallet and have 0 VRP. I'm trying to purchase the GT3 pack through Steam , go to checkout and it just keeps buffering....won't finish the transaction. Isn't it suppose to deduct the money from my Steam account and add it to the VRP. I'm totally lost on this. Never had such a hard time trying to buy something off of Steam before. I must of known how to do it correctly in the past....and it aint working. Anyone help me out here?

I always purchase directly on their website and never have a problem but I have heard of many having problems purchasing from in-game - IF they don't have Steam overlay enabled. Don't know if this is your problem but worth mentioning.

Oh man William....that was it! I had no idea that the overlay was what was causing me issues. I had turned it off to help with getting a little better FPS in game. I turned it back on , and buying the GTR3 package worked flawlessly. Thank you for your help!
