FSR 2013 Mod beta Feedback

a) I think the FSR manager ( anti cheat tool ) looks all the files of the mod, and any modification is forbidden ( like the camera file of the car for example ) : the extreme case is a ban-life ( http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/penalties-handed-following-cheating.52030/ )

I just read through some of the rules and I found the FSR Manager part and I have no idea what it is or where to download it, could someone possibly point me in the right direction?

The FSR Manager will be supplied with the mod, at the moment hes not there(dont know if we use the 2012 one) but i think it will be added soon(?).
